Privacy notice
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Data used
Marlin Bridge uses the buyer’s name, email, mobile number, purchase plan, payment status, access timestamps, and practice scores to provide paid access, prevent abuse, and support the customer.
Enquiries
Contact forms may collect a name, work email, phone number, organization, selected division or service, and message. These details are used to route, review, and respond to the enquiry and to keep an appropriate business record.
Payment data
Card and wallet details are entered with the hosted payment provider. Marlin Bridge does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Practice data
The platform stores attempt identifiers, selected question identifiers, completion state, and aggregate score. It does not publish individual results.
Automated support
Support questions are converted to a one-way hash for aggregate monitoring. Sensitive topics are escalated and no payment, legal, or security action is executed automatically.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only for access, accounting, security, and legal needs. A verified adult customer may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to records that must be retained.
